July is one of the most anticipated months of the year for FranServe, Inc. Last year, the annual convention and franchise exposition was held at the Walt Disney World Yacht and Beach Club Resorts in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. After such a positive response from attendees, the plan is to continue that tradition. From July 9 through July 12, 2023, hundreds of FranServe Affiliate Franchise Consultants, franchisors, vendors and special guests will converge again on the beautiful grounds of Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.
“In the past, we moved around the country, holding our convention at various sites. Sure, it was fun, and the convention was always outstanding. However, when we took it to the Walt Disney World® Resort, I knew nothing was going to top that location! It was beyond over the top, and I signed a long-term contract with Disney World to ensure premier convention space and the best hotel room rates,” said Alesia Visconti, CEO and President of FranServe.
The first day of this year’s conference will begin with consultant training. Some of the leading consultants will share their “secret sauce” on how they continually achieve greatness. This consultant-only session is being touted as training on steroids. Following the expert training session, there is a welcome reception, where franchise brands and consultants mingle and network. While fun and relaxing, it’s always full of incredible energy, and of course, plenty of Disney flair!
Monday’s official kickoff will include none other than Mickey Mouse! This excitement will be the perfect transition to an interactive and educational role-playing activity, which has never been done at a consultant/broker convention. Brand partners will be in the hot seat, along with FranServe staff and a franchise intern from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
“I can’t spill the beans, but there will even be some famous people, all who are ready to lend a hand and help participate,” shared Visconti.
As with all FranServe conventions, there will be plenty of time for brands and consultants to chat informally, ask and answer questions, and participate in contests and giveaways in the expo room. To add even more fun, massage chairs and food samples will be part of this year’s experience.
All convention guests will attend two evening events, including a dinner with Mickey and Minnie Mouse in the EPCOT World Showcase, featuring music, delicious food and a 360-degree photo booth. Visconti reminisced on last year’s events and recalled the excitement of all in attendance. “It’s fun to see grown adults turn into little kids as they pose with these famous icons,” she said.
Bringing the event to a close, dessert and drinks will be served in a private fireworks-viewing location reserved for FranServe. The convention will conclude with awards, prizes and giveaways for brands and consultants.
FranServe prides itself on creating a memorable and educational event for consultants every year. All meals, drinks and convention entertainment are included, and there is never a convention registration fee for FranServe Affiliate Franchise Consultants.
