CEO and President of FranServe Alesia Visconti knows the importance of building and nurturing a strong team.

“Leadership is not about doing things yourself but rather empowering your team to help drive the company,” Visconti said. “The reason we can grow so quickly and dynamically is because we are truly a synergistic unit.”

Recently, Visconti brought the FranServe executive leadership team together for the annual strategic planning session, FranForward, to reflect on the achievements of 2022 and set exciting new goals for 2023. Here’s what the participants had to say:
