Florida entrepreneurs Fozan Siddiqu and Imtiaz Ahmad celebrated the grand opening of the first franchise-owned My Eyelab in the Sunshine State. Their Pompano Beach location opened in September, and is the first of four new stores.
“My Eyelab provides a great experience to every customer who walks through the doors,” Siddiqu says. “We offer eye care and eyewear that is affordable and accessible to the community, which is why we’re excited to bring this new store to Pompano Beach.”
A second location is on track to open this November in Plantation and two more are set to open in 2021.
My Eyelab leverages its innovative telehealth technology and remote network of available doctors to provide virtual eye exams for patients, which has become increasingly important during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to the technological advances the brand offers consumers, My Eyelab is known for its extensive line of eyewear. The company offers a wide selection of more than 2,000 frames.
Taking a cue from the latest trends, the new Pompano Beach location will offer product personalization, such as customizable, mix-and-match iGreen frames that feature more than 6 million unique combinations.
As part of Now Optics, My Eyelab and its partners are among the nation’s fastest growing, full-service, retail optical centers. The company continues to expand its retail footprint with more than 185 corporate and franchise locations in 25 states, while delivering affordable eye-health solutions.
