After years of experience in the restoration industry, Eli Cabral and his wife, Chastity, knew they wanted to open their own restoration business to help even more people. The impact the 911 Restoration co-owners have had since opening their franchise in 2018 has been felt across their community.

When he received a call on a Sunday from a local hospital because of a pipe bursting and impacting four stories, Eli knew he had to help. “At first, I was nervous to tackle such a big job due to the complexity of the project. So I decided to call my corporate office for help, and within minutes they connected me with strategic partners that would allow me to rise to the challenge,” explained Eli, who was able to complete the project within five days because of his hard work and collaboration with the 911 Restoration team.

This experience only reaffirmed the Cabrals’ positive feelings about the brand and made them truly feel a part of the 911 Restoration family.

“We previously worked for another restoration franchise, and we hated how that corporate system jam-packed territories with franchises. I believe 911 Restoration does a great job of not over-saturating markets with franchises. Instead, they want to develop those local franchises to take ownership of their communities and markets,” Eli said.

And the Cabral family is a quintessential example of the level of success 911 Restoration prepares for all of its franchisees. Within just three years of opening their Bakersfield, California, location, Eli and Chastity have hit their goal of $2 million in sales.

Even with such great success in mind, Chastity said that her proudest moment as a 911 Restoration franchisee was when she participated in a fundraiser for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

“The event brings awareness and raises funds for first responders and military families. We called our corporate office to let them know of our involvement, and they immediately helped us acquire branded equipment for our booth. Corporate even went as far as sending their marketing manager to assist us in our setup for that event,” Chastity said.
