Harpreet Singh, COO at 911 Restoration, was recently highlighted as a top franchisee for his leadership, team collaboration and commitment to uplifting those around him.
“I have been a 911 Restoration franchisee since 2015. When I was exploring opportunities in the restoration industry, 911 Restoration stood out because of its strong brand identity, the ‘911’ name and its rapid expansion at the time,” explained Singh.
Singh’s career started as an attorney in India before he relocated to the U.S.
“My entrepreneurial journey began in 2002 when I launched my first business – a travel agency specializing in international air tickets,” he explained. “In 2007, I ventured into home health care where I gained experience in operations, compliance and customer service. By 2013, I had entered the construction industry, which gave me valuable insight into project management and restoration work.”
With his goal of growing with a brand, Singh firmly believes that 911 Restoration has proven to be an excellent career move.
“The business has allowed me to build something meaningful while helping people during their most difficult times,” he said. “When I decided to enter the restoration industry, franchising appealed to me because it provided a structured system, brand recognition and a proven model for success while still allowing room for entrepreneurship.”

The first franchisee to bring 911 Restoration to Michigan, Singh is proud to have established the brand as a leading restoration service provider in the state, although it wasn’t easy.
“Like any business journey, there have been challenges,” he said. “Navigating franchise policies, ensuring profitability and adapting to an evolving industry required strategic planning and persistence.”
To expand his market reach and strengthen the brand’s presence in Michigan, Singh will continue building talented and empowered teams.
“I want to optimize operations to increase efficiency and maximize profitability while continuing to grow the reconstruction side of the business to provide a complete solution for customers,” Singh explained. “Beyond business growth, I want to ensure that my company continues to make a positive impact in the community, building trust with clients and setting new standards for service excellence.”
