360 Tour Designs empowers franchise owners to be successful from day one by using three-day intensive training programs at its corporate headquarters. During the training, franchisees gain firsthand experience by going into homes and learning how to use the camera to create high-quality, professional images. 

The entire training is also documented and broken down into shorter, on-demand videos, so franchisees have continuous video support. Owners also receive weekly calls with support staff to help them get comfortable and gain confidence. In addition, they are given an equipment package when they become an owner, which includes all of the necessary imaging equipment needed to be successful.

“Our franchisees also know that at any time or place, they have access to our team,” said Greg Drake, CEO and franchise chairman of 360 Tour Designs. “We’re always available to help them however they need.”

What really makes 360 Tour Designs stand out in its industry is the proprietary software it uses to support clients and franchise owners, from ordering to delivery. The company recently added auto-scheduling to the software which will allow clients to schedule photos and video in real time. The company is also developing a client-facing app where users can order and review images.

360 Tour Designs is also actively working to diversify its revenue streams to help offset pauses in other markets so it can ensure franchisees will succeed in various market conditions. The company has recently expanded into architecture and forensics to provide more business opportunities for franchise owners.
