Since 2004, 30 Minute Hit has been empowering women with its signature full-body circuit workout designed just for women, using elements of boxing, kickboxing, core conditioning and high-intensity interval training. The philosophy of 30 Minute Hit is rooted in combining convenience and personalized training, allowing clients to train on their schedule with certified trainers who tailor workouts to their fitness level.

30 Minute Hit founders, Deanna and Jackson Loychuk, recognized there was a need for something innovative in the women’s-only fitness market. They soon went to work to create an inspiring and effective fitness format for women based on their extensive experience in martial arts and fitness. 30 Minute Hit was designed to be accessible and challenging to all ages and levels of fitness, emphasizing strength, empowerment and weight loss.

Founded in Vancouver, British Columbia, the boutique fitness franchise has rapidly grown to more than 90 locations across Canada and is quickly expanding locations in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. Currently, the franchise is focusing on global expansion and bringing its unique and innovative concept to a larger international audience.

30 Minute Hit prides itself on its simple and replicable business model that prioritizes low startup costs, offering one of the most competitive initial investment ranges in the fitness franchise space. According to the brand, the potential for growth in the female fitness industry has proven to be limitless with women-only fitness being the fastest growing sector in the $84 billion health and fitness industry, with a projected rate of growth for franchise brands at 3% in the next four years.

“Today, 30 Minute Hit continues to grow, empower, energize and excite women of all shapes and sizes, and we are proud to be changing so many lives one punch and kick at a time,” concluded Stacey Firth, vice president of franchise development.
