Franchise Success Recognized at Annual Convention

In February, Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers™ held its annual franchise convention in Kissimmee, Florida. The premier auto styling and window tinting franchise had plenty of accomplishments as well as to celebrate – including the growth of its franchise network to over 150 franchises as well as being named one of Franchise Business Review’s Top Franchises in 2023, based on high franchisee satisfaction ratings.

Tint World Founder and CEO Charles Bonfiglio welcomed a record number of franchise owners to the conference as well as 40 supporting vendors, all of whom hosted booths educating franchisees about their products and services. The team also invited a prospective franchise candidate who was in the decision-making process about signing a 10-store deal. Following the conclusion of the convention, he was confident and excited enough to move forward. This owner will be Tint World’s largest multi-store developer to date!

In addition to gaining invaluable insight from guest speakers and industry experts, franchisees were able to network, building lifelong connections. “I look forward to meeting my franchise family, learning how they’ve grown and what they are doing differently since I last saw them the prior year,” Bonfiglio said. “In 2023, we have so much exciting growth. We’re building; we’re growing. A lot of things we’re doing in the background, owners don’t see during the year until the convention. We remind owners of where we’ve been and then where we’re going,” he said.

The Tint World team works closely with franchisees, offering ongoing support and training, and many owners’ accomplishments were recognized at the conference. Currently, nearly 30% of all franchises are million-dollar stores, and Bonfiglio couldn’t be more proud. Tint World spent over $40,000 in gold rings and diamonds on the 23 award recipients that made it into the Million-Dollar Club.

Other highlights from the event included keynote presentations from Myles Kovacs, founder of DUB Magazine & TIS Wheels, and Bryan Schmitt from Mobile Solutions™.
