Antonio Mattei opened his Tint World franchise just a short time ago in Tyrone, Georgia, and he’s already realized it was the perfect decision for him.
“I was researching franchises in 2022 when I came across the Tint World brand. I had done mobile tint work here and there for extra cash over the years, and I loved it. Combining that with my knowledge of operating major fast-food franchises with my family for the last decade, I knew I had found the perfect business for me,” said Mattei.
Mattei has found that starting a new business comes with a few challenges, but he isn’t letting them deter him.
“The biggest challenge I’ve had to overcome so far has been getting my accounting and bookkeeping ironed out,” he said. “It’s something I have always known very little about and have had to learn quickly. Luckily, Tint World has fantastic partnerships with vendors who provide such services.”
Tint World uses third-party partnerships for many areas of the business, such as products and services which enable owners to run multiple profit centers. According to its website, the online webstore alone gives access to thousands of name brand products that each franchisee can sell. These products and accessories can be purchased and shipped to the local Tint World shop, picked up by the customer or scheduled for installation.
As a new owner, Mattei feels empowered by the fantastic partnerships Tint World has established but also sees the corporate team as a vital aspect of his success.
“The corporate team has been nothing short of phenomenal,” Mattei expressed. “Everyone that Charles [Bonfiglio, CEO/founder of Tint World] has curated for his team is an expert in their respective fields. The level of insight and experience I have at my fingertips in the corporate operations team is all any franchisee could ask for. Coupled with their willingness to help, I have had such a good experience as a new franchisee.”
