Regymen Fitness takes HIIT, high-intensity interval training, to the next level by combining an extensive variety of techniques with a fitness plan that challenges members at every stage.

High-intensity interval training alternates short periods of intense activity with less intense recovery periods. Regymen Fitness created Burn, Box and Build programs to burn maximum calories while helping members develop more muscle tone, increase flexibility, and boost daily energy.

Every member has a different workout plan based on their own needs, and their coaches use a friendly gaming approach to encourage engagement and continually challenge members.

When new owners sign on with Regymen Fitness, they can expect to be up and running in a matter of months. After finalizing their real-estate selection, owners attend Regymen University onsite in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, or Pensacola, Florida. This weeklong training covers everything a new owner will need to know about the operation of the center and prepare them for their opening. After the training, owners start a 120-day period before they open their doors.

“Over the course of the 120 days, the coordinator keeps up with that franchise owner to ensure that they will open with 300-plus members. They also have access to all of our webinars to keep them engaged with what is going on in our open studios and learn about operations, sales and marketing,” said Tatum Crews, director of sales and marketing for the Regymen brand.

Prior to opening, a new owner will receive two additional training sessions. “They get hands-on operations training, which is where someone from our ops team flies out to their location. We spend about five days with them, preparing them for their grand opening and assisting them throughout the entire grand-opening process,” Crews said. “Two weeks prior to opening, the fitness team comes out and they have a full training where we certify all of their coaches and we make sure all of their equipment is installed and in place for their opening. There is a lot of support that they should expect from the franchisor, from the time they sign with us until they open their doors and beyond.”
