Naturals2Go President and majority owner Heath Falzarano is proud to make healthy snacks and beverages easily accessible for busy people across the country. Utilizing the latest in automated retail – better known as vending – Naturals2Go meets the needs of consumers on the go who don’t want to sacrifice wholesomeness for convenience.

Building Naturals2Go has been a labor of love for Falzarano, who is passionate about spreading the goodness in every public arena possible. Today Naturals2Go is the largest healthy vending company in the U.S. with nearly 10,000 machines onsite – and growing daily.

Falzarano is as committed to the success of Naturals2Go owner/operators as he is to the products they provide. “Our operators are family,” he said. “I call every one of them personally to welcome them to our Naturals2Go family and make sure they know we’ll take good care of them and they’re not alone out in the field.”

Naturals2Go provides a turnkey program enabling owner/operators to tap the lucrative market of snacks and beverages while meeting the growing demand for healthy options in the evolving marketplace. Utilizing the newest vending technology, Naturals2Go offers the consumer both snacks and drinks, including refrigerated and non-refrigerated items, all in one machine – and that sets this company apart from competitors.

Join the Revolution That Is Good for Everyone!

The journey to becoming a Naturals2Go owner/ operator starts with the investment in their fully comprehensive proven program that includes, machines, training, locations and much more.

Highly-trained consultants use a variety of data to determine the best locations for machines.

“Naturals2Go has a Gold Standard program that assists owners in how to find prime locations to install their vending machines,” said Lyndsey Wolfsmith, Naturals2Go business consultant. “We take many things into consideration before installing a Naturals2Go vending machine, such as location, foot traffic, lighting and environment, to name a few important facts.”

Building the Gold Standard location program has taken years of research and diligence. “We continue to fine tune it,” Falzarano said. “For example, if you just make phone calls to potential locations, you may get a list of prospective locations, but there is nothing like seeing the area for yourself. We build our program from boots on the ground with location scouts who work only for us. As a team, the location scouts visit over 50,000 businesses on an annual basis. They are very experienced in vending machine placement. Many of them scout fulltime and some are actually Naturals2Go owners themselves.”

Using the scouts’ information, Naturals2Go has developed a very sophisticated lead generation program and built an in-house call center. “Because our locators work specifically for Naturals2Go, we get the best locations available,” Falzarano said.

It’s important to have the right equipment in the right place to maximize each owner/operator’s potential. Each Naturals2Go machine is capable of providing a wide variety of food options, satisfying the consumer’s demand for choices.

“For instance, customers are looking for more refrigerated items. Most companies that provide vending machines cannot provide both non-refrigerated items in the same machine as refrigerated items. Being able to provide both in the same machine enables Naturals2Go owners to take advantage of prime locations that would otherwise be slated specifically for one or the other,” Falzarano said. “We do better in every aspect by providing both types of items to the customer to give them a much better assortment of the products they are looking for.”

The recent pandemic has prompted Naturals2Go to revise training policies for new owner/operators, who previously participated in three days of training at the corporate office. In following public health guidelines, the company has shifted to virtual training. But, to make sure owner/operators get as much support as possible, the company has hired in-market trainers to assist when vending machines are installed.

“The in-market trainer will work with you one-on-one to get you up and running for your first installation,” Wolfsmith said. “They show you how to load, run and maintain your machine. This puts the new owner at ease during the launch and enables the owner to get answers to questions right from the start.”
