Natali Pupovac-Peters, the newly appointed head of global operations at Naturals2Go, the largest healthy vending company in the U.S., didn’t expect to be where she is now.
“Since I was 5 years old, I’ve never wanted to be anything other than an entrepreneur and run my own businesses,” said Pupovac-Peters. “But something about Naturals2Go really spoke to me.”
Pupovac-Peters met the corporate team, including President Heath Falzarano in early 2023, and felt an immediate connection.
“The one thing that was very apparent is how much they care about their owner-operators. It’s such a unique culture. It just grabbed me,” said Pupovac-Peters.
Inspired by the thought of supporting over 1,500 Naturals2Go owner-operators, a number which is still growing, she hit the ground running to go global.
“One of the biggest parts I’ve focused on is the coaching team,” she said. “We’ve done a huge rehaul and hired full-time account managers who stick with the owner-operators from day one, until they place all their machines and are running the business quite seamlessly.”
Pupovac-Peters, who is “over the moon” with her team’s whole-hearted investment in operator success, emphasized that providing locating services is what sets Naturals2Go apart from other opportunities.
Looking toward expansion, Pupovac-Peters is enthusiastic about what’s next. “There’s so much growth right now. We’re looking to expand into Canada, so that’s our next big step. But beyond that, looking at all our international opportunities and expanding it to new markets – I’m excited to see that journey.”
Another aspect of the brand that appealed to Pupovac-Peters is that Naturals2Go represents a business of which anyone can be a part.. There are no special skills required, allowing for anyone to choose the path they want to take, either through baby steps or giant leaps.
“Some people come in wanting to make extra money on the side. Some people come in wanting to build this entire empire and their life around it,” she said. “I feel like it’s such a unique business because it fits so many different types of people, experiences and backgrounds.”
