Linda Maman, ADP’s national director of franchise and affiliations, joined the team as an intern fresh out of college. For more than 30 years, she has built a career as a trusted strategic partner – supporting her clients with staffing, payroll, benefits administration, retirement planning and accounting for companies of all sizes and across industries.

“My clients work directly with me because I care deeply about their success,” Maman said. “I always answer the phone and have my own dedicated team for support and implementation.”

Maman is passionate about the services, tools and support ADP provides to franchises and businesses of all sizes. By offering robust, scalable solutions, ADP ensures franchisees remain compliant with ever-changing federal, state and local laws.

Maman and her team are proud to support more than 1 million client companies and workers, impacting individual and corporate futures through quality services, tools and education.

“We provide ongoing guidance and support for navigating HR challenges, working closely with clients to build and retain talented teams while ensuring adherence to regulations,” Maman said. “Our clients also have access to the ADP Learning Academy, which offers courses and programs for individuals to become payroll and HR experts within their organizations.”

In addition to guided walk-throughs embedded within ADP products, the company offers a learning management system (LMS) that encompasses a virtual content library with on-demand and instructor-led courses.

“Knowledge is power, and we are here not only to offer proven systems and tools but also to educate clients, making them stronger and more efficient business leaders and decision-makers,” she said.

Maman’s dedication has earned her widespread recognition. Throughout her tenure, she has achieved 27 consecutive President’s Club and Pinnacle Award honors, among other commendations.

“My relationships with each one of my clients are very important to me, and I am always excited to play a role in their success,” exclaimed Maman. “I am proud to call myself the ‘Woman of Payroll.’”
