The ‘Best Club Ever’
When Eric Cross became a HomeVestors of America franchisee, he knew it would be everything it was chalked up to be. A close friend of his, Scott Sekulow, would often share the leverage that HomeVestors gave him to convince Cross to make a difference in his career and life.
For Cross, the decision to become an independently owned and operated HomeVestors franchisee was a no-brainer: He was tired of his restrictive corporate job, and he was struggling to find houses on his own. “With HomeVestors, I can take care of my family and not be pressed by a boss. I have the freedom to travel and set my schedule, I don’t need any employees, and I make money doing what I love,” he said.
Although Cross had spent six years rehabbing, flipping, and wholesaling houses, he kept running into a wall. After multiple attempts and investing $10,000 in advertising on his own, Cross saw HomeVestors as more than just appealing. It was the solution to his problems.
With HomeVestors’ 25 years of experience generating quality leads direct from sellers with nationally recognized branded advertisements and the leverage of the Atlanta Advertising Council, Cross continues to grow his successful franchise. He’s been helped by so many people that his list of praise is endless. “We have so many strong franchisees in our ad council, many of whom, like me, were already buying houses. Everybody is working together. I said it in a conference recently, and I mean it: This is the best club ever.”
