At HI Cravings, offering a menu full of healthy choices isn’t just a trendy new option – it’s how it all began almost a decade ago. And it’s still the only way Jessica Kamanao, owner of HI Cravings, operates.
“We rotate toppings to keep things fresh and captivate our new and existing audiences. We want you to enjoy lychee in lychee season and fresh berries in berry season. We also collaborate with other small businesses to give customers creative new toppings,” explained Kamanao. “The growing health industry only amplifies the need for establishments like ours. People are becoming more and more aware of their health and want more whole-food options. Fortunately, we can offer just that, plus added perks, like top-to-bottom bowl customization and an amazing social media presence,” she said.
In addition to the beautiful bowls made popular by loyal customers, HI Cravings delivers a crowd-pleasing option: party platters. “Nobody does acai trays, and if they do, they don’t do them like we do. Trays are great because of the added revenue for the business, but they are also a great choice for customers looking for something special for birthdays and small gatherings,” said Kamanao.
“Smoothie bowls started gaining popularity around 10 years ago along the beachfront and coastal states. However, within the last three to four years, they have been spotted inland,” said Kamanao. “Not only does this mean there’s an amazing opportunity for growth, but there is also an opportunity to be the first and best to create an acai/smoothie bowl establishment in your state. Instead of opting for any other smoothie bowl franchise, consider one that you can be proud of through community and local farmer support. Now is the time to open a franchise, get ahead of the crowd, and be the leader in the industry,” said Kamanao.
