Some samples are stored in tri-fold cases that make it easy to carry and display for customers who have particular needs and preferences. A unique and helpful franchise model, Floor Coverings International’s mobile showroom expedites the selection process, allowing customers to feel the textures of flooring available and compare colors in specific living areas.

“Our customers see samples in the lighting of their home with their décor and the furniture so they can make their informed decision,” explained Hong. “Replacing floors is an investment, and we want to make sure they are making the right decision.”
