Oftentimes, entrepreneurs are forced to take on multiple roles to get a business up and running, and this diversification can adversely affect their success. Deer Solution understands this struggle firsthand, which is why the VIP Solution Center was developed.
“The VIP Solution Center was created long before we decided to franchise. It was a way for us to optimize and streamline our operations to make our company more efficient. We recognized early on that not everyone is good at everything. When you are a small-business owner, it is often expected that you will need to not only be able to provide a service but also be an accountant, keep on top of incoming phone calls, design marketing materials and be active on social media. Alternatively, you have to hire and spend time training employees to manage all of that. Instead, through our support systems, like the VIP Solution Center, and our partnership with Two Knights Media, we have streamlined that whole process to alleviate those stresses,” explained Jaime Goodrich, brand manager and co-founder of Deer Solution.
Unlike a typical call center, the team at the Solution Center actively participates in the business and provides assets to franchisees to increase customer acquisition and alleviate the need for multiple employees.
“Even though we are an emerging brand, we want readers to know that we are able to support our franchisees in the same way that more experienced franchises are run,” Goodrich said. “We are not going to sell them a franchise and wish them good luck. We have set up significant support elements for the franchisees who want to go on this journey with us, and we are excited to grow a network of franchisees who are looking to be a part of this.”
In addition to the VIP Solution Center, Deer Solution works closely with franchisees to set up their business, and it facilitates monthly mastermind calls where franchisees can collaborate to solve problems and continue to learn.
