Before finding success with Best Option Restoration, a leading structure remediation concept that helps thousands of homeowners and businesses recover from damage caused by mold, sewage, fire, smoke, water or storms, Kyle Chiasson worked in banking. He signed on as the company’s first franchisee in 2016, leading operations in the Greater Denver area for years. In January, the 31-year-old was named president of Best Option Restoration, and he’s eager to build upon the company’s strong foundation.

“This year, Best Option Restoration will be adding additional verticals such as asbestos abatement and an increased focus on commercial work, expanding the revenue potential for each and every franchise,” said Chiasson. “In addition, we’ll be launching a brand-new proprietary software that will increase operational efficiency, reduce labor time and provide a marketing launchpad for accelerated growth.”

With over 75 franchised locations currently part of the Best Option Restoration family, Chiasson’s goal is to continue to add at least 30 locations per year.

“The restoration industry is a booming $254 billion industry and is about as recession resistant as you can get,” he noted. “As the only franchised restoration brand driven by thermal technology, we’re helping clients and capturing market share at a fast rate. There’s more work out there than there are companies doing it. Our team eats, breathes and sleeps entrepreneurship, and our highest badge of honor is helping our franchisees achieve their goals and live out their dreams.”

As a trusted leader in the industry, Best Option Restoration prides itself on being a national franchise with a local presence, acclaimed for its quick 24/7 response times. This reputation is why Chiasson says the best franchise candidates are those willing to get out and build relationships in their communities.

“If they are willing to make a friend, we will teach them who to see, what to say and when to say it,” Chiasson said about franchisees. “We’re looking for a driven candidate who is not afraid to say, ‘hello.’ What we’ve proven with our diverse group of current franchises is that we just need someone who is willing to take the next step.”
