Angelo Park, founder and CEO of Knockout Sports Bar, knows his franchisees have a lot of options when it comes to running and growing their businesses, but the key to success is keeping an eye on the prize at all times. “This is a small company, not a store. A franchisee should work not only in the business but also on the business. You have to be the commander-in-chief, but you don’t have to do everything,” Park explained while describing the benefits of effective time management and maximizing one’s investment. “If you master one location and spend only two hours a day to complete your business, then you could actually have the entire day to work on expansion and improving your top-line sales revenue.”
