An Ohio native who relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan, Miller transitioned to franchising following a successful career in financial services. Prior to banking, Miller owned and operated a home improvement company. What impressed him most was how beem’s franchise model made the transition to ownership seamless.
“These experiences, combined with my wife Jennifer’s invaluable partnership and her ability to multitask, honed by raising four kids, prepared us to launch beem Light Sauna at Knapp’s Crossing,” Miller said. “With robust support in site selection, marketing and operations, as well as training, the brand equipped us to maintain a clean, peaceful environment that guests praise in Google reviews.”
After experiencing some health issues, Miller was attracted to the unique services offered by beem Light Sauna.
“I was drawn to holistic health solutions, especially as natural remedies gained traction in the post-COVID era,” said Miller. “Prior entrepreneurial ventures taught me that reinventing the wheel is a tough way to be an entrepreneur. With beem Light Sauna, the Millers were given a structured path to business ownership as well as a brand with a meaningful mission.

We plan to grow our studio by expanding our membership base and enhancing our current location.”
