One innovation that Rita’s has implemented within its franchise shop options is the addition of a drive-thru. During the pandemic, the drive-thru played a pivotal part in keeping franchises operating during tightened COVID-19 restrictions. Also, the drive-thru offers an additional revenue stream for franchisees while providing convenience for customers.
Rita’s has remained forward-thinking by partnering with third-party delivery services to deliver its sweet treats to customers’ homes.
