After almost 25 years of success in Canada, with 100 franchise locations in 600 communities, LeBlanc brought his concept to the States in 2020. He’s looking forward to seeing his franchise owners lend their support in markets nationwide.
“We call it the ‘Robin Hood’ of real estate,” explained LeBlanc, noting that PropertyGuys.com operates as “the good guy” by empowering homeowners to take complete control of the selling process. “You can actually help people. You can give them the tools they need to sell their homes successfully, privately. They can save money.”
PropertyGuys.com simplifies real-estate transactions for buyers and sellers by eliminating the middlemen, namely real-estate agents. Instead, home sellers pay a flat fee and receive a transparent process in exchange.
Franchisees gain access to all required tools, including MLS® listings, without ever needing a real-estate license.
The PropertyGuys.com model is unique, with nothing else like it in the country. “There are lots of for-sale-by-owner companies, but we’re the only franchise system,” LeBlanc said.
