Knockout Sports Bar brings a lot more to the game than just a bar with wall-to-wall TVs. “The official name for our wings is the Game-Changing Wings. We changed the game in the wing business 20 years ago in New York City when I brought the recipe from South Korea, where they are known to have the best wings in the world by far,” said Angelo Park, founder and CEO. “We took the steps to remove 95% of the saturated trans-fat from the skin of the wings, so our wings are 95% fat-free. Since then, I have probably sold about 100 million wings in my history of selling wings.”

Park understands that where there are wings, there needs to be beer. Alongside the best-selling wings, customers can find another game-changing product: the coldest beer in the nation. “We have the U.S. patent pending on the technology that brings down the temperature of our beer to 26 degrees, so you could actually drink ice-cold beer on the hottest summer day,” Park explained.

As if hot and healthy wings matched with ice-cold beer weren’t enough of an accompaniment to your favorite sporting event, the brand provides high-quality service with an unforgettable staff as well. “We also offer a game-changing staff. Our staff may look exotic or provocative in a way, but they are wearing nothing but the UFC/MMA fighter’s uniform. Because we are about boxing and MMA, we believe in not the brutality but the mentality of the fighter who never gives up. If you own our business, not only will you be promoting sports of all kinds, but you are also promoting sportsmanship – the mentality of the player and fighter who never gives up,” concluded Park.
