With the right franchise you can create a legacy for your family, with your family.
We know that family means more than anything – especially after the experiences we have had since March 2020. Many, like you, are looking for the best way to earn a living, create wealth or to find a fulfilling career. Sure, work is work and play is play, but, being able to feel good about what you do every day is a good goal to have. Franchise ownership can do more than just provide for family; it can be something you truly love doing.
In the “own your own business” category, there are two industries that always stand out: pets and kids. From pet day care, dog walking and grooming, to full-blown luxury pet resorts, and from childcare, to preschools, after-school (or virtual) enrichment and entertainment, there are many, many brands that could be purr-fect.
Owning your own business can give you some amount of freedom, but finding a franchise brand that has the standard hours of operations you want is important. Find brands that offer you flexibility to make the most of your nights, weekends, and vacations. Talk to current owners and franchise operators, who can provide insight into how much “free time” they have.
Lean on those who have done this before, ask them why they love it or don’t, and be able to make a decision that is right for you, your family, and your future. Don’t look at this business as a fun hobby, but as a fun way to make money.
You may even be able to get family involved and have them help you build a legacy to pass down to the next generation one day. It is a great way to be able to do what you love, and spend time with the people – or the pets – you love, while doing it.
