According to Home Health Care News, the demand for home health-care services is much higher than the available supply, with 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 each day. 1Heart Caregiver Services is working to address these shortcomings in the industry.

The in-home care agency, which provides caregiving services to the elderly and other adults to meet their health-care needs, continues to lead successful expansion efforts, almost doubling its revenue in 2021 compared to 2020. While the brand’s growth is an indication of its time-tested, proven systems, it also highlights the community 1Heart has built, which exceeds the expectations of clients and franchisees.

“We are looking to expand throughout the U.S. with the same sense of community and tailored dedication that we have thus far. Of course, we want to provide our unique caregiving services in every community across the country – and potentially worldwide – while keeping true to our founding principles. 1Heart aims to bring the same compassionate level of caregiving to your family members that we would give our own,” said Director of Franchise Sales and Development Dylan Sambuceti.

Sambuceti recently joined the 1Heart team, with 10-plus years of experience leading various franchise efforts. He is eager to spearhead expansion efforts, especially in a hot market that is impacting prospective franchisees and veteran owners. “Our current franchisees are excited about our growth and expansion, and many of them are taking part in this expansion by purchasing additional units or referring their family, friends, and colleagues,” Sambuceti said. “I think you can always tell the health of a franchise brand by the influx and excitement of those referrals.”
