Growing Beyond Boundaries

Growing up in Europe, where learning multiple languages is the norm, shaped how Nicole Chaudry views the world. She knew she wanted her son to have the same upbringing, but very few early childhood education programs offered diverse, multicultural educational experiences. That’s when Chaudry decided to launch WorldKids® School, so other children could have access to a similarly diverse educational experience.

“I didn’t just want my child to learn another language. I wanted him to see the world differently,” Chaudry said. “I want our students to carry these experiences into adulthood and share these same learnings with their own families.”

As WorldKids School continues to expand, Chaudry recognizes how much her experience in leadership reflects the learning journey of her students. Through a commitment to growth and continuous learning, she’s making multicultural learning more accessible across the country.

“Much of my own growth in leadership comes from adapting to new environments and experiences,” she said. “I believe that maintaining an open mindset is what allows leaders to continue evolving throughout their careers and that’s exactly what we’re trying to instill in our young learners.”

The diverse experience the brand offers isn’t limited to the classroom. The corporate team is made up of approximately 150 women from a wide range of countries and cultures, bringing diverse perspectives that strengthen the experience for families, learners and franchisees.

Through her own leadership experience, Chaudry has helped create proven systems that help franchisees become successful.

“The most successful franchisees are those who embrace the company’s proven systems while remaining committed to continuous learning,” Chaudry explained. “By trusting a model that’s been refined over more than a decade, owners can spend less time reinventing processes and more time creating meaningful experiences for the children and families they serve.”

Whether she’s helping children become more immersed in different cultures or supporting franchise owners as they build successful businesses, Chaudry leads with a passion for giving children an immersive learning program that helps them become compassionate leaders.

“Success isn’t defined by the number of schools we open but by the generations of children, families and communities whose lives are changed because of WorldKids,” she concluded.
