The Network Advantage
Ron Burford built a career in the call center industry as a U.S. operations manager and even owned his own business in the space. Eventually, he began looking for an opportunity with a solid, scalable business model that offered more support and eliminated the need to start from scratch.
The franchise opportunity at NTV360 caught his eye because it had the qualities he’d been looking for: scalability, easy execution and flexibility. NTV360 is a digital marketing company where franchisees build networks of indoor digital billboards in local businesses like restaurants, gyms, and coffee shops that allows other local businesses to get highly sought after exposure within their communities. Its goal is to meet clients where they are and get them to where they want to be.
“It is easily the most brilliant model,” Burford said. “It’s unbelievably scalable, the support is second to none and revenue is easy to achieve. All it took from me was a strong work ethic and a willingness to talk to people.”
Burford opened his Brevard County, Florida, business in May 2025. As a former business owner, he quickly noticed the difference NTV360’s support made in getting his new business off the ground.
“While this isn’t my first time owning a business, this is my first time owning a franchise,” Burford said. “It’s a huge difference. With NTV360, I’m not a man alone on an island. I have an entire village of help and support. They don’t just train you and then tell you good luck. They are truly my team members and a very involved part of my business.”
In his six years as a franchisee, Burford has learned to celebrate every success along the way, whether it’s getting his first client to break even or reaching $100,000 in annual residual income.
“There’s something to be very proud of when you start this on your own and watch it grow to where you now have a staff, community recognition, awards, revenue and all the things you could hope for when growing your own business,” Burford said.
